Have you never tried a yoga class, but would like to or does attending a yoga class make you feel anxious because you think everyone else will be better than you? This class is for complete beginners and people wanting to work on the basic techniques of yoga, in a non competitive environment. Each week will offer a different theme and no two classes are the same. We always finish with savasana/deep relaxation.
