A fun and relaxed workshop where you will be invited to explore yoga poses with a partner. Bring your partner, family member, friend or book in solo and get paired up with someone on the day. The workshop will include a warm-up, gentle flow, an extended partner yoga sequence and finish with savasana/deep relaxation. We will work with both dynamic and gentle poses for the partner yoga section of the workshop. Coming into yoga postures with a partner can be surprisingly supportive and help you deepen your practice in a way you might not expect.
Tea and light snacks will be served at the end of the workshop.
Open to people with some yoga experience. Over 16’s only. You do not need to be an ‘expert’ yogi to attend!
