This class is suitable for beginners and people who prefer a more chilled yoga practice. Clear instructions and respect as we flow through the poses, stopping on the way to observe and reflect. Although gentle, there will be challenges and I always encourage students to test their limits in a safe way. The practise finishes with deep relaxation. Attend the Monday morning class to get your week started on a positive note after a busy weekend or come along to an evening session to prepare your body, mind and soul for a restful night.
